Job Description:
This job is responsible for growing a Financial Advisor (FA) team by being a subject matter expert on a specified segment to enhance client acquisition. Key responsibilities include preparing to become a full FA, identifying client target segments, building a strong reputation, and executing an effective marketing strategy. Job expectations include building a strong brand with the targeted area, creating detailed client acquisition plans, execution of client acquisition targets and leads, and reporting against goals. This position may be responsible for the provision of residential mortgage loans, and as such, is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares to become a full Financial Advisor through completion of training and development programs
  • Supports the FA team by becoming an expert in a targeted area
  • Executes on client acquisition through all stages of acquisition lifecycle, including lead generation and referrals, strategic networking, sourcing
  • Manages the client acquisition pipeline and progression including profile information, next steps, and timelines

$26.00 - $34.67 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Formulaic incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities. Incentives are earned based on the employee’s performance against defined metrics.
